RUBBERIZE POLYWHITE M7480 & POLYBASE M7420

Rubberize Polywhite M7480 & Polybase M7420 is a newly develop anti-migration underbase inks that produced using CSC Rei technology and used to prevent sublimation/disperse dye migration on prints.
  • White and beige in color
  • Prevent migration towards sublimation/disperse dyed polyester/blend fabrics.
  • Feasible for tone design
  • Soft print hand feel
  • Ready to use out of it can
Rubberize Polywhite M7480 & Polybase M7420 is recommended as anti-migration underbase for Polyester Blends and Polyester fabrics.

*ALWAYS PRETEST ANTI-MIGRATION PROPERTIES BEFORE PRODUCTION. OBSERVATION UNDER HUMID AND PERODICAL IF REQUIRED*
To obtain excellent anti-migration properties, print a layer of Rubber Clear M7100 on polyester fabric before applying Rubberize Polywhite M7480 or Polybase M7420 to the thickness required. Rubberize M7000 series ink can then be overprinted on it when the printed surface is fully dry.

The dry film thickness of Rubberize Polywhite M7480/Polybase M7420 should obtain above 150µm for optimum anti-migration properties.
Use only water-resistant, direct in direct emulsion. Contact your emulsion supplier for waterresist emulsion.
  • 32T to 49T mono-filament for heavy migration fabric (normally on polyester athletic or heavy jersey)
  • 51T mono-filament common or normal polyester migration fabric.
  • Screen tension should be around 30 Newton to 35 Newton.
  • For maximum ink deposit, 55/65 sore hardness double bevel squeegee is recommended.
  • Soft tables are most suitable.
  • Squeegee angle at 22.5º are recommended for higher deposit of ink.
For maximum fastness, prints are to be cure at 150°C/302°F for 90 seconds with air flow 2000 ft3min-1/ 56 m3min-1 for good polymerization.
Both Rubberize Polywhite M7480 and Polybase M7420 are pack in 20 liters packing as well as 200 liters drum.

Store ink below 35°C /95°F. The product should not be prolonged exposure to frost or temperatures below 0°C /32°F.
Rubberize Polywhite M7480 and Polybase M7420 are completely green which meets E1 standard on all RSL. It is a non-volatile (water base), made using renewable power (Solar) and from materials that are non-carcinogenic and non-hazardous to the environment.
Always flood screen with ink when printing with Rubberize Polywhite M7408 or Polybase M7420 to prevent ink from drying on screen. Off-contact is required during printing. Offcontact distance should be adjusted depends on the type of fabrics used. Flash curing temperature required is 220°C/428°F for 5 seconds.
*AVOID PRINTING DETAIL IMMEDIATELY AFTER FLASH CURING*
