CSC REi TECH WATER-BASED SCREEN PRINTING INK - RUBBER M7000 SERIES

Rubberize M7000 System consists of Rubberize M7280 White, Rubberize M7100 Clear and Rubberize M7120 Opaque Base.
Rubberize M7000 System gives excellent good hand feel, with good washing fastness, good crocking fastness, excellent opacity, good printability, able to meet our E1 compliant listing, high elongation elastomeric and tack free. Rubberize M7000 are having a balance of Thixotropic and Newtonian viscosity with good psudoplastic flow which will give good and fast thick ink film formation which improve print opacity.
Rubberize M7000 System are compatible with Cotton, Blends Cotton Polyester, Polyester, Rayon and a wide variety
of nature fabric.
Add pigment concentrated to Rubberize M7000 System paste to the desire color shade (0% to 8%) and mix well.
Add half percent of CBA NF to enhance the washing performance if concentrated Pigment was added above
recommended dosage. Hardener EX is recommended to improve high abrasion fastness on heavy wash. Antitac are
recommended to improve dry crocking and wet crocking performance upon required. All M7000 System can be use
right out of its can and recommended for underbase for printing on dark, Rubberize M7120 Opaque Base are used for color matching and Rubberize M7100 Clear are used for color tinting. Cassee Pigment is recommended to obtain
optimum color vibrancy.
Mesh recommended range from 32 to 90 metric counts. Finer mesh is for detail and normally will be chosen as the last screen color.
Minimum screen tension recommended should be above 20 Newton.
Squeegee hardness within 45 to 65 durometer hardness (double hardness squeegee recommended such as 45/90/55) is recommended. Rounded squeegee are recommended for good opacity for printing full graphic on dark garment.
Always start printing with the lightest color first. The darkest color was printed last for excellent color brightness.
Flood screen after every print stroke for good ink deposit when printing as well as to prevent screen drying. Use low
squeegee pressure for a maximum ink deposit on fabric. Heavy squeegee pressure will cause heavy penetration and
will effect on the hand feel quality as well as the print fastness and the color brilliancy.
